40 and this is the beginning!

Here it's Christmas. Surprise to many, I love kids. I don't have any, and no, I don't think my shih-tzu Lucy qualifies for one! She actually loves kids too. It's funny, as I get older, I see the grouping. Maybe I'm of some oddity -- I actually love to buy kids presents and love kid's birthday parties. I'm the one you want to be friends with because I'll be the adopted Aunt when they don't have one or help them with their homework. I was a teacher and mothered many kids. I was married to the wrong man, who would make the a bad father (in my opinion) so I didn't have kids. Now, it's my turn to educate the rest of you. I'm 40, divorced, happy, and thrilled to volunteer or help out.

Merry Christmas. 2010 is a new and fabulous year I'm sure!
